Shipping Details & Method
Enter your full shipping address including country, state/province, and postal code. Available carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, or EMS) and rates are displayed based on your location and order size.
Complete Payment via PayPal
All online orders are processed securely through PayPal. Pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card. No bank details are shared directly with FTP Motorsport.
Order Confirmation & Processing
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time.
International Transit & Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you immediately after dispatch. Expedited: 2-4 business days from Taiwan. Standard: 5-10 business days. Monitor your shipment in real-time through the carrier's website or mobile app.
Customs Clearance & Delivery
Your shipment will clear your country's customs where import duties and taxes are assessed. The carrier will contact you regarding any duty payment before final delivery. This may add 1-5 business days depending on your country's procedures.

FTP Motorsport accepts two payment methods. All prices listed on our website are product prices only and do not include customs duties or taxes.
PayPal
PayPal is the standard and required checkout method for all purchases made through the FTP Motorsport official website. Your transaction is processed securely through PayPal -- no bank details are shared directly with us.
IMPORTANT -- Read before placing your order: Due to increasing incidents of credit card fraud and fraudulent activity targeting online performance parts purchases, FTP Motorsport requires the following:
- Use a verified PayPal account -- Anonymous or unverified PayPal accounts are not accepted.
- Register with your real name and accurate information -- This is required for identification and review by PayPal and your card-issuing bank.
- Automatic risk assessment is active -- PayPal's backend performs risk screening on all transactions. Accounts that fail the review will have their transaction rejected. FTP Motorsport has no ability to override this.
If your transaction is declined, contact your card issuer or PayPal directly to resolve your account status before re-ordering.
Bank Transfer (TT)
Bank transfer is available for wholesale orders, bulk purchases, or by special arrangement. Contact our team directly to request wire transfer details. FTP Motorsport only operates bank accounts in Taiwan.

The United States has implemented significant changes to import regulations that directly affect aluminum automotive performance parts, including FTP Motorsport charge pipes, intake systems, and cooling solutions.
What U.S. Buyers Need to Know
As of 2025, the U.S. government has eliminated the $800 duty-free (de minimis) exemption and imposed approximately 25-30% tariffs on imported aluminum automotive components. All FTP Motorsport products shipped to the United States are now subject to these duties regardless of order value.
- All orders are subject to customs duties -- the previous $800 exemption no longer applies.
- Duties are your responsibility -- payable to U.S. Customs via your carrier (FedEx/UPS/DHL) before delivery.
- Duties apply even if you refuse delivery -- once assessed, customs charges cannot be reversed.
- Duties and shipping are non-refundable on returns -- only the product cost minus restocking fees may be eligible for refund.

Import Duties & Taxes
PLEASE NOTE: All prices quoted on FTPmotorsport.com are product prices and do not include any customs duties or taxes.
- Recipient Responsibility: Import duties, VAT, GST, and local taxes are the legal obligation of the recipient (you, the customer). These are assessed by your country's customs authority, not by FTP Motorsport.
- Payment to Carrier: Duty charges are collected by your carrier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) on behalf of customs before final delivery.
- Non-Refundable: Customs duties, once assessed and paid, are government charges and cannot be refunded by FTP Motorsport regardless of return or exchange.
- Rates Vary: Duty rates depend on your country, product classification, and current trade policies. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate.
Warranty & Return Policy
All FTP products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and a 14-day return policy.

U.S. customers should expect approximately 25-30% in aluminum tariffs. EU customers can expect 19-27% VAT plus 2.5-8% duties. Contact us before ordering for a more specific estimate.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary by destination: USA 2-10 business days, Europe 3-7 days, UK 3-6 days, Canada 4-8 days, Asia-Pacific 1-5 days. Customs clearance may add 1-5 additional business days. A tracking number is emailed to you immediately after dispatch.
The package will be returned to our Taiwan facility. You will receive a refund minus the original shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee. Import duties, once assessed, are government charges and cannot be refunded. We strongly recommend estimating your total landed cost before placing an order.
All FTP products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
