Never. FTP Motorsport will never proactively ask you to wire money. Bank transfer is only arranged when you initiate the request with us. Any unsolicited request to wire funds -- especially to an account outside Taiwan -- is fraudulent. Always verify with us before transferring.
No. All prices on ftpmotorsport.com cover product cost and international shipping only. Import duties, VAT, GST, and local taxes are assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment -- contact us immediately via email or live chat. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible and the standard return policy applies.
Yes. We ship worldwide from our Taiwan headquarters via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS -- covering all 50 U.S. states, Europe, the UK, Canada, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.
Orders dispatch within 1-2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch:
- USA: 2-10 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- UK: 3-6 business days
- Canada: 4-8 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 1-5 business days
U.S. import duty and tariff regulations on automotive parts are subject to ongoing policy changes. Rather than publish a figure that may be outdated within weeks, we ask all U.S. customers to check our latest update before placing an order. Read the current tariff update on our blog.
Import duties, VAT, GST, and all local taxes are the buyer's legal obligation. They are collected by your carrier on behalf of customs before final delivery and cannot be refunded by FTP Motorsport regardless of return or exchange.
Professional installation by a qualified mechanic is strongly recommended to ensure correct fitment and to protect warranty coverage. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under warranty.
Some products are intended for off-road or track use only. Street legality varies by country and region. Customers are solely responsible for verifying local regulations before purchase and installation. FTP Motorsport is not liable for non-compliant use.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Missing contents or damage may result in the return being rejected.
Custom-made products, special orders, and installed items are non-returnable. Defect-related returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse does not qualify for a refund.
FTP covers return shipping if we sent the wrong item, items were missing, or a manufacturing defect is confirmed by both parties. In all other cases -- including buyer error or change of mind -- return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Processing time varies by payment provider. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency only. Exchange rate differences and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Yes. All FTP Motorsport products -- including O-rings, clips, clamps, and pipes -- are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase invoice against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Not covered: abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear, improper installation, damage from racing use, or consequential damages from product failure. Parts from other manufacturers included in FTP kits are handled under their own warranty terms.
Every genuine FTP Motorsport product carries the FTP Motorsport logo laser-etched directly onto the component. If a part has no laser-etched branding, it is not authentic. Also verify that the seller is listed on our official authorized dealer directory at ftpmotorsport.com.tw.
